I'm Brock Thornock, a certified sports nutritionist and lifestyle coach, here to guide you towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. My mission is to offer individuals the tools to elevate their quality of life by establishing sustainable healthy habits, a clean and nourishing diet, and a love for movement and exercise. My passion for performance and well-being stems from diverse experiences. My background judging professional MMA fights for the Idaho State Athletic Commission granted me a deep understanding of the critical role nutrition plays in peak athletic performance. My own experience with weightlifting solidified my belief in the power of a strong foundation in exercise for overall health. However, such extreme sports doesn’t mean I believe in only extreme training. Forget restrictive fads and calorie counting! We a pleased to offer our Team Lifestyle Coaching. This 100% online program is designed to support individuals in their journey towards optimal well-being. Our classes provide a welcoming and inclusive space for participants to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar health goals. Join a small group of no more than 5 other like minded people and hold eachother accountable. Our experienced Lifestyle Coaches will guide you through each week focusing on a variety of topics such as nutrition, mindfulness, personal exercise routines, stress management, and more. Each weekly meeting includes interactive discussions, practical tips, and goal setting exercises to empower you to make positive changes in your lifestyle.
